Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.meeshdenny.com website and engaging with content and services operated by Meesh Denny.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cancellations
Please give at least 12 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Family and or medical issues and emergency’s are an exception within reason. For minor family and or medical issues phone contact within 6 hours is required. This helps to protect the structure of the process and other clients.

Prices
All fees are non- refundable and the full amount is still payable should you choose to stop the process before it’s finished.

Payment Terms
Payments are either BACS, Paypal or via invoice system. Invoices are sent via email and payment is required on or before your session unless otherwise agreed.

Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline a session without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so. We also reserve the right to reschedule a session at any time.

Disclaimer:

I, Meesh Denny, am not a doctor of medicine and do not practice this, I facilitate Emotional Clearing services.

Please note that I do not diagnose, cure, heal, or treat diseases or otherwise prescribe medication of any kind.

I do/assist with emotional clearing using trauma release methods. The methods I use in sessions are an officially recognised method known as The Spiral. This is a self-healing process which requires you to be present and give permission for access to your energetic field, engage in any integration tasks given before, during or after sessions.

Participation is voluntary, therefore the participant takes the full responsibility for him or herself, and for his or her actions during the sessions and thereafter.

• I understand that the sessions take place in a non-judgmental ‘safe space’ and that the content of our conversations and clearing work will be kept completely confidential.

• I take full responsibility for my results. I realise that although the coaching and clearing work delivered by Meesh Denny have consistently produced massive results with many other recipients, that these results typically come from ACTION taken after emotional shifts have taken place. I therefore resolve to take action after each session and to follow through on the tasks assigned to me by the practitioner at each level of the process.

• I give Meesh Denny full permission to be honest and direct with me, to call me on my blind spots when necessary and to take me out of my comfort zone when required in order to help me get the results I seek.

• I acknowledge that I may or may not FEEL any specific shifts during the course of the work and that the ‘proof of the pudding’ will be revealed when I attempt to undertake new behaviours or approaches to life.
