We will explore, clear and open to our individual sense of what Sovereignty is. How it shows up. And how to cultivate and bring the elements you choose, into your life with deeper clarity, conviction and knowing.
We will journey through the body to open, attune, release and heal.
Using a blend of tools and Medicine, including Emotional Clearing, Vocal sound Activations, Transmissions born from my nearly 2 decades of journeying and working with energy, the body and the human experience.
Also included is a 2 hour 1-2-1 session with me, to land your unique Sovereign template into your being and your reality.

This 3 week journey will guide you through the body, back into a remembering of who you are and where you want to be.
The container we create together will enable you to journey as part of a community of likeminded women, opening yourselves together into deeper feelings of:

We will respond to what arises as we journey.
I will guide you through a combination of:
Transmissions and Teachings-
Born from nearly 2 decades of my own journey into self and my 14 years of being an energetic and body based practitioner. This will involve journal prompts, live transmissions, Q&A’s and practices that formed from my own experiences.
Emotional Alchemy-
Energetic clearing to identify and clear stagnancy that may be laying dormant in the emotional pain body so you can release what’s been playing out unconsciously and sabotaging your essence.
Vocal Activations-
I use my voice within lush vocal soundscapes to help the body rest, feel, open and expand.
One to one intuitive sessions-
Included is one 2 hour intuitive emotional clearing session to help anchor you into your individual themes and points of change. You will also receive a follow up 1-2-1 phone call with me, to support your integration.
Community-
An online Facebook group where you can share and be witnessed by likeminded women.
Sharing Circles-
Space to come together and share what’s on our hearts as we move through the journey.
