Group low cost Neuro- energetic bodywork sessions, Bristol
My neuro- energetic bodywork uses light touch contacts to the body, no clicking or crunching, to stimulate the body’s natural ability to drop unwanted patterns of tension and therefore pain and emotional “stuck-ness”.
My own journey into the body began with finding modalities that allowed my body to drop unwanted tension and pain. Patterns that we often hold in relation to what we’ve experienced and been through, held through the way we’ve processed or been unable to let go of old ways of being and feeling.
Although no longer a registered Chiropractor, I practiced for 13 years using various methods including an energetic technique called Network Spinal and found I held an intuitive way of working with the body, which suited me better than the usual modes of clinical practice.
I now blend my knowledge of the nervous system and gentle energetic approach, into my bodywork sessions, that use light touch, gentle energy clearing, gentle work with the muscles and tissues, to guide the body to soften and release what it no longer needs.
The characteristic qualities of these sessions are:
Feeling less tight and tense in your physical body
Feeling lighter emotionally and more able to find new points of awareness
Feeling more mobile and free in your body
Feeling more open and connected
Feeling more able to deal with stress, change and challenges
Being able to breathe more fully
More gentle integration of other processes you may be going through (this work supports other therapies really well)
Coming together to receive this work in a group setting is Magical.
Just like when we do yoga, or breathwork or sit in circle together, we respond to each others nervous systems and this supports and enhances healing.
The body will not take on unwanted “stuff”, but use the energy in the room as fuel to support the healing you need.
You remain fully clothed throughout the session.
This gentle approach to supporting the nervous system is safe for all ages.
