Bodywork Session Questionnaire
Hello ! I so look forward to meeting you for a hands on session, where I blend spinal attunement (NSA), soft tissue work, fascial release and gentle energy medicine into sessions that meet you on a physical, emotional and mental level.
This work is a powerful regulator for the deeper parts of the nervous system, helping you unwind patterns of tension in body, mind and spirit.
We will take some time to talk things through before we begin, but so I can be best prepared and we don’t eat into the time on the table, Please answer the following questions as clearly as possible.
